1. Where does natural Bamboo come from?
Natural Bamboo is manufactured to our specification in the Zhejiang province of China.

2. Does Natural Bamboo offer any product Warranties?
Natural Bamboo offers a Lifetime structural, 25-year residential wear-through warranty and 5-year commercial warranty.

3. What kind of finish comes on the pre-finished bamboo?
Natural Bamboo pre-finished flooring and accessories feature a 5-coat German finish system, providing the wear protection of aluminum oxide with 2 top coats of scratch-resistant polyurethane for durability.

4. What other Bamboo products does Natural Bamboo offer?

5. What is the difference between the Vertical and Horizontal Grain products?
The vertical grain is made by standing the bamboo slats on edge. The horizontal grain slats are laid face up, 3 ply, which best shows off the bamboo knots

6. What is the difference between the Natural and Spiced colored products?
Our Spiced products are created by using a steam-heating process that darkens the sugar compounds in the in the bamboo – the same way caramel gets it’s color.

7. Can Natural Bamboo be floated?
No. Our 3-3/4" x 37-3/4" " x 5/8 " bamboo planks can either be nailed down or glued down. If using the glued down method, we require a urethane-based adhesive (i.e. Bostik's Best).

8. Can Natural Bamboo be installed over Radiant Heat? 
Yes. Due to bamboo's inherent dimensional stability, Natural Bamboo is an ideal application over radiant heat.
