Limited Structural Warranty. USFloors bamboo flooring is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in manufacturing for the useable lifetime of the product. This covers the bonding agent process that includes the separation of the bamboo-to-bamboo construction that each USFloors bamboo board incorporates. In the event of a defect, USFloors will arrange for a credit based on the original purchase of the product. 

Limited Residential Wear Warranty. USFloors bamboo flooring is warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in manufacturing for a period of 25 years from the purchase date. This covers the surface structure that each USFloors bamboo board incorporates. In the event of a defect, USFloors will arrange for a credit based on the original purchase of the product.

USFloors Limited residential wear warranty and structural warranty does not cover:

• Problems due to moisture, mildew, alkaline substances or hydrostatic pressure.

• Dissatisfaction due to improper maintenance or installation. 

• Accelerated wear due to improper preventive maintenance. 

• Damage due to scratches, gouges, scuffs, punctures, cuts, indentations, burns, accidents due to lack of proper furniture rests, pets or any intentional misuse of the product.

• Color/pattern variation between samples, illustrations and/or individual boxes of the actual product.

• Noncompliance with installations and/or usage as recommended by USFloors.

• Cracking, warping, soiling, fading, caused by improper maintenance or abuse caused by items such as roller skates, golf shoes or pets.

• Bamboo flooring installed in inappropriate locations.
